  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

Responsible to manages, directs and provides leadership the Company's business development activities for assigned sub region or region to achieve target objectives for revenue and market penetration. Directs sales managers and ensures sales offices take necessary action to develop business consistent with regional sales objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

· Provides broad direction to area sales office managers within assigned sub region or region. Monitors performance of sales offices and identifies where performance can be improved through marketing, training and / or motivation.

· Assists sales managers in developing customer relationships to create a competitive edge over the competition.

· Reviews and revises pricing strategies within Company policy and goals.

· Hires, trains and motivates assigned sales managers in accordance with Company guidelines.

· Maintains knowledge of products supported in the Company's inventory.

· Track, analyse and monitor technology & market segment performance metrics.

· Identify new areas of marketing opportunities and create plans to implement.

· Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering (E&E) or a related field.

· More than 10 years of experience managing sales and marketing teams, with a proven record of success.

· Previous experience should include sales leadership, operational execution, and involvement in strong P&L management activities.

· Experience developing a sales team and achieving both individual and team objectives in a sustainable pattern. Customer retention and new accounts are both critical measurements of the business.

· Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
