  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, using project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Oversee and track the development of project schedules, ensuring alignment with work progress, budget, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with project managers to develop an accurate project plan
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Prepare and present weekly & monthly reports detailing the project plan and progress
  • Devise solutions to meet project deadlines, control costs, and maintain quality benchmarks
  • Support the project team with detailed, daily information about project schedules and budget
  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Specialist in MS Schedule
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficiency and working experience in project management software (such as MS Project, Primavera)
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous and excellent presentation skill
  • Able to work in team and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
  • Willingness to relocate between Selangor, Melaka and Johor Bahru

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
