Key responsibilities & duties
- Managed the R&D administration
- Registration of products, support import/export, liaise with DVS/MOA.
- To take minutes meeting
- Preparing monthly administration reporting.
- Assisting ISO compliance team in SOP and audit task.
- Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management
- Perform data entry and update the database system
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements:
- At least completed high school education (SPM/ STPM), or certificate/ diploma level with minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in admin
- Able to work independently.
- Good interactive & management skill.
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia & English and computer literate.
- Basic Laboratory skill, techniques and 5S implementation.
- Must poses own transportation.
- Willing to work at Shah Alam, Seksyen 16,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
