Key responsibilities & duties

  • Managed the R&D administration
  • Registration of products, support import/export, liaise with DVS/MOA.
  • To take minutes meeting
  • Preparing monthly administration reporting.
  • Assisting ISO compliance team in SOP and audit task.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management
  • Perform data entry and update the database system
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • At least completed high school education (SPM/ STPM), or certificate/ diploma level with minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in admin
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good interactive & management skill.
  • Good command in Bahasa Malaysia & English and computer literate.
  • Basic Laboratory skill, techniques and 5S implementation.
  • Must poses own transportation.
  • Willing to work at Shah Alam, Seksyen 16,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
