Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the schedule by arranging meetings and appointments.
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure goals set are being met.
- Compile and organize the documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Updating and maintaining products, client databases, and transaction records.
- Helping with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, managing social media, and updating the agent’s online presence.
- Preparing and organizing documents, including contracts, agreements, and transaction paperwork.
- Act as a liaison between the superior and other team members.
- Continuous monitoring and updating of the team’s progress.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Excel, Canva
- Possess strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills, and positive working attitude.
- Possess good communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
