RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration functions
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues eg disciplinary procedures, absence management and working conditions
- Keeping up to date with employment/ labour law, liaise with relevant government authorities on matters pertaining to Human Resource.
- Responsible for the review, procedures and processes to improve the operational efficiency of the HR & Administration Department and ensure compliance to Group policies and practices.
- Oversee and monitor full spectrum of office administration matters
REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess a minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource
- Preferable to have minimum of 6 years relevant experience in human resource functions and at least 2-3 years of full-cycle of recruiting experience
- In-depth knowledge of Labour Laws and industrial practices.
