Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist IT staff in providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems.
  • Respond to user inquiries and requests, log support tickets, and track their status through the helpdesk system.
  • Assist in setting up computers, laptops, peripherals, and software applications for employees.
  • Help with network maintenance tasks such as cable management, setting up network devices, and ensuring network connectivity.
  • Support IT teams in upgrading and updating software applications, operating systems, and security patches.
  • Assist in data entry, data migration, and data management tasks within IT systems and databases.
  • Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Help maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
  • Participate in testing new software applications, system configurations, or updates to ensure they function as intended.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees on software applications and IT best practices.
  • Learn to diagnose and resolve basic IT issues independently and escalate more complex problems to senior staff.
  • Actively participate in learning opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks assigned by the IT team to support departmental operations.
