Senior Secretary
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Senior Secretary will be responsible for managing the Managing Director's schedule, preparing reports, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and representing the Managing Director in meetings and other events.
Responsibilities: -
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Attend meetings with the Managing Director and take minutes as required
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for the Managing Director as needed
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for the Company Head, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure that files are up-to-date and easily accessible
- Manage special projects as assigned by the Managing Director
Requirements: -
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a senior-level secretarial or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Experience working with C-level executives or in a corporate environment is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
