Description
As a Work & Rewards Sr. Analyst, you will work side-by-side with some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills. You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments across strategic human capital advisory projects enabled by digital solutions, analytics and data science to shape work, rewards and career programs of leading organizations.
These experiences will help build your consulting experience, technical knowledge and overall industry expertise, as well as your ability to problem solve, analyze information, draw conclusions and present results.
The Role
- Partner with project managers and leads to support delivery of multiple projects/assignments, working together with other teams to ensure client satisfaction with deliverables
- Assist in developing work/project plans, timelines and communication materials
- Conduct data analysis and modelling (qualitative or quantitative), formulating and testing hypothesis to provide preliminary insights and recommendations
- Conduct benchmarking research and analysis, covering specific industry sectors, companies and selected business areas from various sources
- Summarize and synthesize findings from research / data analysis into preliminary recommendations and deliverables
- Support seniors to gather and document business needs, requirements, weaknesses and challenges
- Meet or exceed Willis Towers Watson performance standards for work quality, understanding and adhering to principles of Work Excellence to ensure excellence in client deliverables
- Proactive and willing to support cross functional teams within the Human Capital Advisory: Work & Rewards Business
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree
- Min. 1-2 years’ experience across varying background, and strengths to bring about diversity of thought.
- High level of business / commercial awareness
- Ambitious and highly motivated individual with a track record of outstanding academic performance and co-curricular activities
- Project management skills, with ability to manage multiple and challenging deadlines, including excellent time management skills and ability to flourish in a challenging, fast-paced, professional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and leading data analysis & reporting software an advantage (Qlik, Tableau, SAS, Power BI)
- Good analytical and research capabilities with the ability to challenge conventional thinking and solve problems creatively
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail; ensure that work is complete, accurate and on time
- Strong communication skills with a strong command of English language and ability to interact professionally in both written and verbal communications. Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Self-starter with high energy, with a passion to acquire, share, and disseminate new information and knowledge and able to work independently with some guidance
- Good in both individual and teamwork
