  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

The School Nurse is responsible for providing healthcare services to students and staff, promoting health and safety within the school environment, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers to support the physical and emotional well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct health assessments and provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff.
  • Work closely with parents, teachers, and school administrators to address health concerns (asthma, diabetes, allergies etc) and support student well-being.
  • Provide education on health topics including nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.
  • Develop and implement health promotion programs and activities.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records for students, including medical histories, visitations and incidents.
  • Develop and implement emergency health protocols and procedures.
  • Stay informed about current health trends and updates to best support the school community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in nursing.
  • Must be registered with Malaysian Nursing Board.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with children or adolescents, is highly desirable.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
