  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

LOCATION : BANDAR SERI COALFIELDS, SUNGAI BULOH

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with principals and MCOE Marketing Unit to execute marketing efforts such as banners, leaflets, posters, website updates, and social media campaigns.
  • Coordinates school promotion visits to Methodist and other denomination churches.
  • Identifies and engages potential feeder schools for student recruitment.
  • Provides prospective parents with accurate information about the school’s curriculum and student welfare.
  • Follows up on inquiries and applications to recruit new students.
  • Manages and tracks the student recruitment numbers and the admission processes.
  • Handles inquiries from digital marketing campaigns for conversion to enrollments.
  • Represents the school at education fairs, roadshows, workshops, and other promotional events.
  • Maintains up-to-date records of recruitment and admissions activities.
  • Stays informed about education industry trends and updates professional knowledge.
  • Supports additional projects and tasks assigned by principals and MCOE Marketing Unit.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess minimum Degree in Marketing / Graphic Design / Counselling / Social Science / Psychology / Business or related discipline
  • Knowledge of counselling principles, methods and techniques
  • Knowledge and skills in using computer software eg. Microsoft software applications and Canva
  • Ability to analyse and interpret the needs of parents and students and offer appropriate solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with parents and students in a courteous and professional manner
  • Possess good planning, organizing, coordinating, presentation and time management skills
  • Creative, resourceful, customer focused, self-motivated and results oriented
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Social Media savvy especially on Facebook and Instagram. Understand social media trends and developments.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
