- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement and maintain production control systems to track and manage production processes
- Conduct demand forecasting and capacity planning to align production with business goals
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve overall efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations in all production activities
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
