  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Japanese Company in Malaysia Legal & Compliance (Manager/Senior level) Office: Taman Perindustrian Bukit Rahman Putra,Sungai Buloh Salary: up to RM12,000(nego) Job Type: Permanent; Full-time WORKING HOURS: Mon – Fri: 8AM – 5:30PM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide legal advice and counsel operating units on potential legal issues to safeguard the interests of the group of companies. * Draft commercial contracts and all legal documents as well as manage corporate transactions, including due diligence, mergers, and acquisitions. * Evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations. Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to relevant or all parties in the organization. * Create standard contract templates for frequently use agreements. * Demonstrate a strong understanding of compliance matters, including drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and procedures. * Develop compliance programs and conduct training for employees QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent and must be called to the Malaysian Bar. * Minimum 6 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably in a legal firm, in house legal department, or both. * Proven knowledge of company, commercial, and civil procedures, coupled with litigation experience. * Experience with building and construction projects, and familiarity with industrystandard contracts (e.g. PAM, IEM, FIDIC). * Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in contract preparation and review. * Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
