Job Summary:

Join our team as a Company Secretarial and play a key role in managing client portfolios and assisting in company secretarial functions. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure accurate and timely execution of company secretarial duties.

Job Descriptions:

  • Support in managing a portfolio of clients with minimal oversight from immediate supervisors, ensuring company secretarial functions are carried out effectively.
  • Prepare draft resolutions for the Board and Members with guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist in handling company secretarial duties and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Help with filings, Annual Returns, and document submissions to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).
  • Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and corporate data as per the Companies Act 2016.
  • Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal/external parties on secretarial matters and outstanding invoices.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior executives or executive secretaries.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Corporate Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate secretarial services is preferred. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Friendly, approachable, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
