  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management – Oversee general ledger, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Prepare daily and weekly cash flow reports, monthly financial summaries, and conduct in-depth financial analysis.
  • Cash Flow Optimization – Develop and implement strategies to maximize profits and improve cash flow.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Compile and review annual budgets to assist in financial planning.
  • Compliance & Controls – Maintain internal control mechanisms to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination – Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Process Improvement – Support department projects such as e-invoicing implementation and other system enhancements.
  • E-Filing – Manage online tax submissions, statutory payments, and financial document filing to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting/finance
  • Proficiency in accounting software, e-Filing systems & Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational & communication skills
