  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Location Scouting: Identify and evaluate potential new location, considering factors such as demographics, foot traffic, competition, and market trends
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to determine the demand for our products and assess the competitive landscape in target areas.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate lease and purchase agreements, securing favourable terms and conditions that align with the company's goals and budget
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and landlords to facilitate smooth transactions and future opportunities.
  • Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits and property inspections to assess suitability, condition, and potential renovations required for new locations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in business or any related discipline
  • Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience in managing Real Estate and Leasing preferably in the retail/food & beverage industry
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Quality Management - Looks for ways to improve and promote quality
  • Cost Consciousness – constantly look for opportunity to reduce capital expenditure
  • Ethics - Works ethically and with high integrity
  • Self-motivator - takes initiative and follows through till closure
  • Reasoning – Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Travel is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
