  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Generating appointment booking report and ageing report.
  • Check for Console Report.
  • Tally check for console orders against report generated and console the orders accordingly.
  • Call customer for delivery appointment.
  • Request for Tax invoice, K1 & K2 forms for orders to be delivered to FTZ areas.
  • Follow up on emails with Credit Finance and Operation team.
  • Coordinate with Transport Department on the timing of delivery.
  • Follow up with Transport Department on the status of delivery.
  • Handling customers complaint and escalations.
  • Follow up on emails with Sales / Logistics Department.
  • Updating and send weekly Report to Finance for Billing.
  • Prepare documentation for delivery to FTZ areas.
