Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Development and Delivery

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and consultation with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions for YesCare and other Departments when required.

2. Content Creation

  • Create and curate learning materials, e-learning modules, videos, and manuals.
  • Develop engaging and interactive content to support training sessions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of materials.

3. Knowledge Base Management

  • Upload, manage, and update training content on the LMS.
  • Monitor and report on employee training progress and completion.

4. Quality Assurance

  • Regularly review and update training materials to reflect current best practices.
  • Ensure all content aligns with company branding and messaging standards.

5. Communication and Coordination

  • Work closely with managers, team leaders, and HR to schedule and execute training programs.
  • Support onboarding by providing new hires with comprehensive training resources.

6. Evaluation and Feedback

  • Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments and reports.

7. Innovation and Trends

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in training, instructional design, and content creation.
  • Implement new tools and techniques to enhance the learning experience.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong instructional design and content creation skills.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools (e.g., Frog).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training, instructional design, or content creation.
  • Experience in corporate training or a similar industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

  • Sentul: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
