Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Development and Delivery
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with company objectives.
- Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and consultation with stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions for YesCare and other Departments when required.
2. Content Creation
- Create and curate learning materials, e-learning modules, videos, and manuals.
- Develop engaging and interactive content to support training sessions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of materials.
3. Knowledge Base Management
- Upload, manage, and update training content on the LMS.
- Monitor and report on employee training progress and completion.
4. Quality Assurance
- Regularly review and update training materials to reflect current best practices.
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding and messaging standards.
5. Communication and Coordination
- Work closely with managers, team leaders, and HR to schedule and execute training programs.
- Support onboarding by providing new hires with comprehensive training resources.
6. Evaluation and Feedback
- Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
- Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments and reports.
7. Innovation and Trends
- Stay updated on the latest trends in training, instructional design, and content creation.
- Implement new tools and techniques to enhance the learning experience.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong instructional design and content creation skills.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools (e.g., Frog).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training, instructional design, or content creation.
- Experience in corporate training or a similar industry is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
