  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities :

· Lead Warehouse Operations: Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure a smooth workflow and operational efficiency for inventory accuracy, efficient stock handling, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.

· Warehouse Layout & Space Optimization: Develop and implement strategic storage solutions to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.

· Process Improvement: Identify and execute improvements in inventory control, stock management, and logistics to streamline operations.

· 5S Implementation: Ensure the effective adoption and continuous improvement of the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) within the warehouse.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (procurement, logistics, sales and customer service) to address challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

· Consignment Stock Management: Oversee and optimize consignment stock allocation to meet operational needs and prevent shortages.

· Inventory & Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of inventory transactions, stock levels to support data-driven decisions.

· Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on inventory status, key performance indicators, and supply chain operations for senior management.

· Problem Resolution: Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve inventory discrepancies, stockouts, and supply chain disruptions, ensuring smooth operations at all times.

· Team Development: Provide training and coaching to warehouse staff on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

· Developing a workplace safety culture and enforcing Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse management and team leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate and well verse in Microsoft Office
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor teams to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • A strong background in inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams and other departments.
  • Preparing and presenting warehouse reports to management and relevant departments
  • Knowledge of inventory control techniques, safety protocols, and warehouse best practices.
  • Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing demands.
  • Ability to handle the lifter/forklift is an added advantage
