MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for process defect pareto and indices.
- Champion/participate in defect reduction program for yield and reliability improvement.
- Troubleshooting defect excursions.
- Process flow segmentation to introduce inspection steps at critical process.
- Yield forecast/modeling base on defect point of view.
- Responsible for defect review limits, SPC trending, specifications and disposition procedures.
- Create and optimize inspection and review tool recipes.
- Participate in recipe quality improvement tasks.
- Champion/participate in tool capacity improvement projects.
- Provide support to Manufacturing.
- Participate in equipment acquisition process – EE and PE release.
- Supervise, train and coach Engineers, Associate Engineers and Manufacturing personnel.
- To contribute towards the achievement of quality objectives by complying to the quality operating system and participating in continuous improvement activities (defect prevention, reduction of variation or prevention of waste).
- To contribute towards the achievement of the EHS objectives by complying to the EHS policy and participating in the implementation of EHS management system.
- Any other assignment deems fit that shall be given to you from time to time.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1.Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Science
2.Experience: Preferably with relevant working experience/Fresh graduate
