  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC and LEV systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating, cooling, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
  • Design and implement system improvements and upgrades for efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct airflow testing, system balancing, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, service reports, and technical documentation.
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans to reduce downtime.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to maintenance personnel.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and system failures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Preferably Executive specialized in engineering - Electrical or Mechanical or Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology.
  • Required skills: Computer literate, Monitoring & Analyzing Problem, and Problem Solver
  • Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Applicant must be willing to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
