Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers.
  • Handle inquiries and provide product recommendations.
  • Process orders, payments, and receipts.
  • Coordinate with the tech team for customer support.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front counter area.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or those with customer service experience welcome!
  • Friendly, approachable, and good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
