Job responsibilities:

  • To carry out clerical assistance such as data entry, Photostat, faxing, typing and recording under Project Department
  • To assist Site Construction Department updating the documentations during ISO implementation
  • Perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
  • Ordering site office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly.
  • Assist in monitor workers attendance on daily basis.
  • To set up documentation and filing system for the project
  • To maintain and update the documentation system periodically both for Project Management and HQ
  • To ensure that all documents are implemented. All document used by project team
  • To assist Project Manager to prepare their task such as Project Quality Plan, Progress report etc
  • To deliver the instruction and assignment given by the superior
  • To comply & adhere to Company Policy & take care of Company Intereset and Property

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate, Diploma in Administration/Office Management or equivalent education required
  • Min. 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience (Construction Industry)
  • Able to work full-time in Construction Project Site
  • Computer Literate - Microsoft Word, Excel, and related.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
