  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Jobs Responsibilities:

Staff Management and Leadership:

  • Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen personnel.
  • Schedule and manage staff shift to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to ensure communication and high levels of service.

Customer Service:

  • Oversee the dining experience, ensuring customers have a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ensure that all guests receive high-quality dining experiences.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow.

Operations Management:

  • Ensure the restaurant operates in compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food and beverage costs to maintain profitability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage items.

Compliance and Quality Control:

  • Ensure adherence to all restaurant policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.

Jobs Requirement :

  • Minimum 3 years of Restaurant / Assistant Manager experience in restaurant F&B is preferable or equivalent experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations and preparation
  • Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
  • High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance.
  • Good communicator, independent with good organization and multitasking skills.
  • Able to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
  • Strong interpersonal skill and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
