  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC and LEV systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating, cooling, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
  • Install and replace HVAC and LEV components, including fans, ductwork, filters, and dampers.
  • Conduct airflow testing, balancing, and system optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.
  • Provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Communicating with clients

Inspecting plumbing systems to ensure efficient operation while adhering to environmentally friendly guidelines

REQUIREMENT

1. Diplom/SKM in Mechanical or related field

2. Experience in maintenance HVAC

3. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

4. Ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams

5. Excellent interpersonal skills to respond to clients complaints, questions and needs

6. Ability to interpret technical data such as temperature and pressure

7. Ability to operate and repair various HVAC equipment

8. Interested to work at Kemaman / Kuantan

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

10. Good interpersonal skill & Teamwork

11. Ability to work in less supervisory environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
