- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Handle financial tasks such as expense reports, invoices, and budgets
- Coordinate and manage projects, including tracking progress, communicating with team members, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Assist with personal tasks such as errands, appointments, and household management as needed
- Liaise with other staff, clients, vendors, and stakeholders as necessary to ensure smooth operations
- Manage confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure all deadlines are met
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures, and suggest new ideas to support efficiency and productivity.
