  • Handle financial tasks such as expense reports, invoices, and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage projects, including tracking progress, communicating with team members, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Assist with personal tasks such as errands, appointments, and household management as needed
  • Liaise with other staff, clients, vendors, and stakeholders as necessary to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures, and suggest new ideas to support efficiency and productivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
