Join Our Team as an Administrative Coordinator!
Are you a detail-oriented multitasker who enjoys variety in your work? We’re seeking an Administrative Coordinator to oversee key functions that keep our firm running seamlessly.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and coordinate administrative operations across the firm.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, track payments, and update accounting systems.
- Liaise with the accounting team, company secretary, auditors, tax agents, and service providers.
- Renew licenses, including practicing licenses, business premises licenses, and insurance policies.
- Maintain and update company and staff profiles, client databases, and vendor registrations.
- Oversee tender processes and ensure proper record-keeping and filing.
- Support Directors and senior management with documents, presentations, and meeting minutes.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree or qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Property Management, or related fields.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent writing and organizational skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
