  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Senior Floor Supervisor ensures smooth operations, fosters a positive work environment, and delivers excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Guide floor staff to maintain efficient operations and high service standards.
  • Staff Training: Oversee staff training to ensure they have the necessary skills.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Workflow Management: Coordinate tasks, breaks, and staffing levels as needed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service and handle complaints effectively.
  • Quality Control: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure safety compliance and address hazards.
  • Budgeting: Assist with budget management and cost-saving measures.
  • Communication: Promote teamwork through clear communication.
  • Emergency Response: Lead during emergencies and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Requirements,

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ "O" Level/ STPM/ "A" Level in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field as a PIC is required for this position.
  • Highly motivated with good insight of customer service.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work according to retail hours, on weekends as well as on public holidays.
