Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general office cleaning including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors and staircases, wiping office furniture and cleaning glass surfaces, and etc
  • Clean toilets, empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and neatness of workspaces, meeting rooms, pantries, toilets, carpark and common areas.
  • Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, cleaning materials, and pantry refreshments.
  • Report any maintenance issues such as leaks or damaged equipment.
  • Manage daily administrative task including maintain and organizing documents.
  • Serve beverages to guests and visitors in a good manner.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Specific Skills Requirements

  • SPM holder or below
  • Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good time management skills & ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Hospitable personality and reliable
  • Prior experience in an office or similar environment preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene practices and safety standards.
  • Past experience in relevant task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
