Job Responsibilities
- Perform general office cleaning including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors and staircases, wiping office furniture and cleaning glass surfaces, and etc
- Clean toilets, empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of workspaces, meeting rooms, pantries, toilets, carpark and common areas.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, cleaning materials, and pantry refreshments.
- Report any maintenance issues such as leaks or damaged equipment.
- Manage daily administrative task including maintain and organizing documents.
- Serve beverages to guests and visitors in a good manner.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Specific Skills Requirements
- SPM holder or below
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good time management skills & ability to work efficiently and independently
- Hospitable personality and reliable
- Prior experience in an office or similar environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene practices and safety standards.
- Past experience in relevant task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
