Job Type: Temporary (3+9 months)

Location: Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya

Basic salary: RM2,000 - RM2,200 (Based on qualifications & experience) + RM600 Fix allowance

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Auto Finance Executive teams for new loan submissions.
  • Process loan applications by accurately entering customer information and creating applications within the stipulated time frame.
  • Ensure all data entered is accurate and complete.
  • Follow up on incomplete documents or missing information.
  • Verify customers’ personal and/or employment details.
  • Upload relevant documents and process invoicing for loan disbursement.
  • Prepare loan agreements and assist customers with signing procedures.
  • Handle incoming calls and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong typing skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic knowledge of data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
