Position 1: Marketing Executive with Marketing Unit
Responsibilities:
Overview: You are to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will
organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our
company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of
ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and
methods to promote our products, services and public image.
The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and
services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
Position 2: Marketing Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Create and manage brand assets, including: Corporate Profile/ Letterhead/ Envelope/ Name Cards/ E-Signatures/ Standardized Photos/ Presentation Templates
- Update brand assets on management's request or changes within the organization
- Upgrade brand assets on management's request or annually based on current trends in branding and graphic designing
- Increase internal branding and ensure consistency and professionalism in external branding
- Plan contents for the year, including write-ups and video scripts (for holiday greetings only)
- Edit write-ups (provided by PD, SHR and HR/IR teams) and design images for social media posting
- Optimize organic reach and engagement on social media
- Create promotional materials such as text and images for social media posting and landing pages
- Record registrations and inform Administration Team for logistics arrangement
- Register for HR Vendor of the Year and HR Excellence
- Prepare the necessary application documents
- Register internal team for Malaysia HR in Tech and MHCCE events
- Design print-ups (brochures, buntings) for on-site activities
- Create posts on social media before, during and after the events have concluded
- Record leads acquired through digital marketing activities (via Google Ads, Social Media, Customer Care direct emailing and calls to the general line)
- Prepare Monthly Marketing Expenses Summary based on the credit card statement
- Prepare Budget Utilization report
- Prepare the Leads & ROAS report
- Prepare the monthly Social Media Performance report
- Prepare BUD report
- Prepare Pre-Game Plan, Game Plan and Post-Game Plan (Earning Strategies) presentations

- Proven experience as any managerial role in marketing or senior exe role

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
