Job Scope:
- Plan, organize and lead the operation of information technolgy department.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures of computer systems operation and development
- Meet with department to discuss system requirements, specification, costs and timelines
- Control the computer system budgets and expenditures
- Supervise and ensure IT functions and activities
- To ensure subordinates implements procedures and instruction as defined.
- To educate and develop subordinate
- Manage and control the existing IT hardware and software system implementations and information technology.
- Perform IT controlled equipement purchase arrangement, provide information and recommendation for computer purchase.
- Server's administration, server problem handling, user account management
- Management and maintenance of networks
- Internet and intranet management
- Software control and management, inlcuding license control and upgrading
- Provide sufficient training to users of systems and to provide guidance and support to users for continued use of the system.
- Perform and ensure complete and updated documentation on systems implemented.
- Provide weekly progress status reports
- Analyze, plan implement and manage IT project
- Support other departments as and when required
- To share and provide the necessary IT information for other facilities.
- To evaluate IT product and make recommendation to management
- Additional responsibilities as when instructed by Division head.
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess at least a Degree or higher in IT or any related field studies
- At least 6 year of working experience in the IT field Industry
- with minimum 2 years leadership skill
- To deliver under pressure and meet expected deadlines.
