  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Provide personalised service to customer

2. Solve customer complaint, inquiries and request

3. Collecting feedback from customer if required

4. Hire the right candidate for the right position within the given time frame

5. Conduct the entire interview process, including phone interviews, first interviews, and shortlisting talents for hiring managers

6. Enhance and update the latest information such as policies, procedures, issuing letters, employee handbook, performance appraisal/tracking, and other HR-related documents.

7. Ensure the annual operation license with the government is renewed

8. Liaise with agency and government if necessary

9. Update reports and create folder for each candidate
