  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes using proper QC & Statistical tool (8D, CAPA).
  • Conduct quality audits, inspections and testing to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventative actions
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation to support quality management
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards
  • Operate and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to inspect high-precision parts.
  • Interpret technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and inspection plans.

Qualification:

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the manufacturing.
  • Basic knowledge of CMM operations and measurement techniques.
  • Knowledgeable in Precision Machining
  • Experience in using basic measuring tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools
  • Managing Experience
