  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibility & Duties:

INBOUND

  • Assist in receiving of all inbound shipments (Duty Free and Duty Paid.)
  • Checks on correct description, packing, bottle size and quantity on customs form against supplier's invoice and Monopole's purchase order or the delivery note of 3rd party warehousing company.
  • Unstuffing of containers - bond in shipments. Unloading of duty paid stocks from 3rd party warehousing company.
  • Storage of stocks (Duty Free & Duty Paid) - proper stacking of the pallets, maximize racking storage and practice FIFO standard.
  • Labelling of all inbound Duty Free and/or Duty Paid stocks.

OUTBOUND

  • Assist in all outbound shipments (delivery / stocks transfer DF to DP) - checks on correct description, packing, bottle size and quantity on customs form (K8 / K9) against invoice(s) or purchase orders prior to loading or transferring of stocks to DF/DP customers or to the duty paid store.
  • Picking and packing of all local and outstation orders.
  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of all local orders within Klang Valley daily.
  • Housekeeping - cleanliness and neatness of the warehouse.
  • Reports to the Logistics Assistant on all other logistics matters. In the event the Logistics Assistant is unavailable, please report to the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • SPM Qualification
  • A valid D class driving license
  • A valid GDL driving license is an advantage
  • Having a good and safe driving history/performance is an advantage
  • Good working attitudes and integrity.
  • 1 – 2 years working experience in the same environment is an advantage
  • Multi tasking and team work is essential
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office is an advantage for career advancement
