  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

​Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Support Developer with over 6 years of expertise in Java application support, including troubleshooting and maintenance of Java-based systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shell Scripting, SQL, and Linux environments. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical Java applications for our clients, collaborating with development, operations, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide advanced support for Java-based applications, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operation.

2. Analyze and troubleshoot application logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes in a timely manner.

3. Manage scripts and automation processes using Shell Scripting on Linux systems.

4. Write and optimize SQL queries for database troubleshooting and support.

5. Monitor application health, performance, and availability, implementing proactive measures to prevent downtime.

6. Collaborate with development teams to deploy patches, updates, and new releases.

7. Ensure compliance with SLA requirements and provide incident reports when necessary.

8. Document issues, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.

9. Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements to enhance system performance and maintainability.

10. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior support team members and handle escalated incidents.
