  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Deployment & Configuration:
  • Deploy and configure Aruba wireless access points (APs) and switches using Aruba Central.
  • Implement and manage VLANs, SSIDs, and network policies to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
  • Utilize Aruba Central to monitor network performance, identify issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues for both wireless and wired networks.
  • Security & Compliance:
  • Configure and manage network security settings, including firewalls, NAC (Network Access Control), and role-based access controls.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security.
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Conduct regular network performance assessments and optimize configurations for maximum efficiency.
  • Implement QoS (Quality of Service) policies to prioritize critical network traffic.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Generate regular reports on network performance, security incidents, and compliance status.

Required Skills:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing Aruba Central, Aruba APs, and switches.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, STP) and wireless technologies (e.g., 802.11ac/ax).
  • Security & Compliance:
  • Experience with network security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
  • Ability to implement and manage security policies and configurations.
  • Problem-Solving & Automation:
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with network analysis tools.
  • Ability to automate network management tasks using scripting tools like Python.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Aruba technologies.
