This role involves overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

2. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Java technologies.

3. Manage the integration and optimization of Swift Payment systems to enhance transaction processing.

4. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

5. Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.

6. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

7. Conduct regular status meetings, presenting updates to stakeholders and executive management.

8. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for payment systems.

9. Facilitate code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to ensure technical excellence.
