  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Role:

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing for 200+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop detailed project timelines and ensure all milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Production, Quality, Logistics) to guarantee smooth execution.
  • Provide regular progress updates and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Manage customer expectations and maintain clear communication regarding project and sales requirements.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationship with customers.
  • Assist in preparing competitive quotes to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring customer delivery requirements are met efficiently.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Business Administration with minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in project/ program management role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and with overseas customers.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Candidates should have relevant experience in NPI/ Manufacturing/ new program management/ sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
