Operation Executive
Job Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Operational Support:
-Assist the Director in managing daily operations and coordinating tasks across different departments.
-Handle documentation, reports, and presentations as required by the Director.
-Organize and maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
2. Meeting & Schedule Management:
-Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and make necessary arrangements.
-Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
-Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
3. Business Coordination & Communication:
-Assist in internal and external communication on behalf of the Director.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners as necessary.
-Provide updates and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
4. Project & Task Management:
-Monitor ongoing projects, track progress, and report updates to the Director.
-Assist in problem-solving and provide recommendations for process improvements.
-Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making.
5. General Operations & Support:
-Handle travel arrangements, expense claims, and other ad hoc requests.
-Ensure the office operations run efficiently and support company policies.
-Assist in any additional tasks assigned by the Director.
