Provide HR Expertise

  • Assist in the design and implementation of HR projects.
  • Deliver comprehensive HR services in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Support HR practices throughout the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, development, and performance management.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to improve attraction and retention practices.
  • Ensure accurate employment data tracking in collaboration with the Shared Services Center (SSC) team.
  • Assist in establishing and communicating policies while ensuring compliance with local laws.

Employee Relations Management

  • Manage employee relations and effectively investigate grievances.
  • Support restructures and performance management, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Work with legal counsel and represent the company in mediations as needed.
  • Maximize service offerings by understanding the company's brand and scope.

Industrial Relations: Assist in managing industrial relations matters and maintaining effective communication between management and employees.

Training and Onboarding: Facilitate training and onboarding processes for new hires to ensure successful integration into the organization.

Offboarding: Support the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition.

Performance Appraisal Management: Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, providing support and guidance to ensure effective evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years as an HR Business Partner in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record in translating business needs into effective HR solutions and managing end-to-end HR projects.
  • Experience mobilizing people-related aspects of change programs.
  • Knowledgeable about regulatory environments and employment laws.
  • Skilled in talent acquisition, development, retention, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation practices, and diversity.
  • Understanding of legal frameworks, awards, and enterprise agreements, capable of leading negotiations.
  • Strong in coaching, counseling, and fostering a diverse and inclusive culture.
  • Effective communicator across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in spreadsheets and financial calculations.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with Mandarin-speaking principals.
  • Must be willing to work in Kulai.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
