- Process supplier invoices and prepare payments.
- Handle and verify petty cash claims and payments.
- Issue invoices/ credit notes and send monthly SOA.
- Assist Superior with full set of overseas account.
- Assist monthly management reports and audit schedules.
- Assist monthly reconciliation of bank/ customer/ supplier/ interco.
- Assist cash flow forecast reports for treasury team.
- Assist in preparing documents for annual audit.
- Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in accounting fields.
- Diploma in Accounting.
- Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Availability to commence work immediately or with short notice preferred.
- Must able to work Seelong, Senai
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
