- Order Adjustments: Resolve customer requests and problems by making appropriate adjustments to orders, such as reordering, refunding, or providing credits, while adhering to the company's policies, procedures, and terms and conditions.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors, restaurants, and service operators to fulfill booking changes, delivery adjustments, and order-related inquiries.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with company procedures, delivery operations, menu offerings, and any promotions to better assist customers.
