  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee service delivery, manage customer relationships, and drive operational excellence. This customer-facing role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs are met. Address service issues and work with technical teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling escalations and service reviews. Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance: Enhance service processes for efficiency and quality. Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work with internal teams to align service delivery with business goals. Provide performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in service management, IT, or telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and service management tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking, cloud services, or telecom systems is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
  • Willingness to collaborate with internal teams and drive service improvements.

  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Location: Uptown Damansara, Selangor
  • Salary Range: Up to RM8,000.00
