Role Overview
Our client is seeking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee service delivery, manage customer relationships, and drive operational excellence. This customer-facing role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs are met. Address service issues and work with technical teams to resolve them promptly.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling escalations and service reviews. Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
- Process Improvement & Compliance: Enhance service processes for efficiency and quality. Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work with internal teams to align service delivery with business goals. Provide performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service management, IT, or telecommunications.
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and service management tools.
- Basic understanding of networking, cloud services, or telecom systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
- Willingness to collaborate with internal teams and drive service improvements.

- Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM

- Salary Range: Up to RM8,000.00
