Job details:
- Salary Range: Up to RM6,000.00 (depending on years of experience)
- Contract Duration: 12-Months (yearly renewal)
- Location: Kuala Lumpur
- Working Hour: (Shift 1 – morning: 7am – 4pm) (Shift 2 – afternoon: 3pm – 12pm) (Shift 3 – night: 11pm – 8am next day)
Job scope:
- Perform application daily health check
- Application performance monitoring using Dynatrace tool
- Address & properly respond to user inquiries / requests for Policy Application until issuance via the different channel available
- Perform first contact resolution for specific request or incident if applicable
- Log & monitor status until closure of Request or Incident in the ServiceNow ticket system
- Incident triage and logging application issue via SNOW and route it to the proper technical resolving team
- Initial assessment of service requests and incidents including update of details of the requests in the ServiceNow ticket system
- Ensure completeness of information (i.e. description of issues, screenshots, etc) when issues are logged in order to facilitate investigation and resolution of concerns
- Prepare accurate and timely report (scheduled and ad hoc requests) SOP-based troubleshooting
- Process and fulfill service requests and re-assign request that cannot be resolved to Level 2 application support
- Monitor the status of the Application BAU requests which covers the following:
- Ad-hoc Data Extract , Data/Reference Setup, Data Amendments, Inquiries and other BAU request related to any Business Application
Education:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or information systems, or equivalent work experience
Experience:
- Minimum 4 - 6 years experiences in Application level 1 support
- Proficiency in a variety of operating systems such as Unix/Linux/Mac/Windows
- Minimum knowledge and experience in below:- Windows/LINUX/Database server in Virtualized environment Network equipment such as Router, Switch, Load Balancer & Appliance. - DNS, DHCP, SNMP, IPTABLES, FIREWALL and TCPIP
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
- Technical skills
- SCRIPTING knowledge
- MYSQL/ORACLE DB
- LINUX / Window / Any Other
- WEB SERVERS
- DYNATRACE
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Good analysis, planning and organizing skills
- Understand and experience in ServiceNow tool
- ITIL Certified is an asset
