OUR CLIENT is an IT solutions & services provider specializing in Infrastructure (network, security and IP Telephony) and Management Tools(IT service management and customer engagement solutions). In line with their business expansion plans, they are looking for 2 dynamic 2 Business Development to join their team. You will work closely with business partners, customers & IT team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Attending initial & follow-up sales meetings with clients.
- Determining client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.
- Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client’s needs.
- Answering any technical questions the client might have.
- Set and track sales account targets.
- Working closely and presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client.
- Generate new business & manage social media platform such as LinkedIn, Facebook.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum diploma in IT or equivalent.
- 1 year of sales experiences preferred, open to Fresh grads!
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent people and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Location: Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya
- Working Hours: 40 hours spread over 5 days a week
- Salary offered: Up to RM 4,500
- Permanent position

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Damansara Utama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
