Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen relationships with our existing clients, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell hotel services, such as corporate bookings, event packages, and long-term stays.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with internal departments (reservations, F&B, events, etc.) to ensure seamless customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain an up-to-date client database.
- Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry-related activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-driven with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
