Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen relationships with our existing clients, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell hotel services, such as corporate bookings, event packages, and long-term stays.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with internal departments (reservations, F&B, events, etc.) to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain an up-to-date client database.
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-driven with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
