1. To create safety awareness and carry out safety meeting, fire drill exercise, safety induction and safety training to existing employees and new employees. 2. To implement and monitor aspect of Safety Management System activities in the workplace. 3. To submit a Monthly Safety Report and Safety Statistic record for DOSH and HQ record. 4. To observe and/or maintain a diary detailing safety activity(s), hazardous works, housekeeping, safety instruction, etc. in place. 5. To implement all procedures and practices as stipulated in the company’s policy including Safety and ISO 45001. 6. To assist the Company in developing the safety policies in compliance with the OSH & FMA act & amp; its regulations and consistent with the vision and safety objectives of the Company. 7. To review and monitor latest legal and other compliance and to update accordingly. 8. Responsible for implementing the requirements of the Safety Management System (site and headquarters). 9. Take pro-active measures to identify hazard, assess the risk and then implement suitable control measures to eliminate all dangers 10. Ensure the job complies with client’s and company HSE policy and regulations at all times. 11. Review all HIRARC and Job Hazard Analysis before its execution. 12. Maintain pertinent information on Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and to ensure the relevant communication information is distributed to the responsible party. 13. Ensure first aid facility and welfare facilities for workers are in good condition. 14. Liaise with the DOSH, Police and other relevant government agencies with regard to health, safety and security matters affecting workers. 15. Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by superior.
