Technical Advisor

1. Evaluates available technology and resources in order to develop achievable process improvement goals. 2. Gathers data quantifying process efficiency, analyses and recommends process improvements. 3. Leads and develops new product with new technology which developed by ourselves. 4. Work and cooperate with both internal and external teams to garner agreement and understanding across in effort to achieve the successes of quality improvement tasks. 5. Executes continuous improvements activities to improve overall safety, quality, cost, delivery and environmental performance. 6. Provides guidance to engineering group leaders in various projects and responsibilities. 7. Represents department head to ensure the division goals and objectives are communicated and practiced throughout the organization 8. Leads the teams in all kind of aspects regarding the development, coordination and implementation of all continuous improvement activities to ensure success and on-time delivery with regards to minimizing production cost and improvement of quality 9. Implement PDCA cycle in all activities done. 10. Executes other supervision, leadership and management related duties as assigned consistent with the role and function of the classification 11. To train group leaders for improvement of efficiency of work performance to achieve division goals. 12. To give feedback to Konica Minolta HQ R&D for solutions to issues and also to propose improvement plans, design and countermeasures to improve process reliability and cost down activities. 13. Provides method and roles to solve problems and improve plant profitability using design. 14. Provides knowledge to solve problems and improve profitability using designs (product design, molding parts design stamping parts design, jig design and equipment design).
