Job Description:

1. Financial Reporting:

  • Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
  • Providing insights into financial performance and trends.

2. Bookkeeping:

  • Recording daily financial transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable.

3. Tax Preparation and Compliance:

  • Preparing tax returns for individuals or businesses.
  • Ensuring tax compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  • Advising on tax-saving strategies and deductions.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Assisting with the creation of budgets and financial plans.
  • Monitoring actual performance against budgets and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Forecasting future financial trends and suggesting corrective actions if necessary.

5. Audit and Internal Controls:

  • Participating in internal and external audits.
  • Ensuring proper internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain financial integrity.
  • Identifying and addressing potential risks or weaknesses in the financial system.

6. Financial Analysis:

  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for management to support decision-making.
  • Conducting cost analysis, profitability analysis, and other financial assessments.

7. Payroll Processing:

  • Managing payroll processes, including calculating wages, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and tax regulations.
  • Handling employee benefit administration.

8. Cash Flow Management:

  • Monitoring the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
  • Managing bank accounts, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring payments are made on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
