  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Objectives :

To optimize manufacturing or engineering processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while minimizing costs and environmental impact through analysis, design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Process Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Collaborate with product development teams to ensure smooth transition of new products from design to manufacturing. Provide input on manufacturability, production feasibility, and process scalability.
  • Manufacturing Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean manufacturing principles, conducting root cause analysis, and leading initiatives to eliminate waste and streamline processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain quality standards, develop testing protocols, and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Equipment and Tooling: Evaluate, select, and implement manufacturing equipment, tools, and technologies to improve productivity, enhance capabilities, and meet production requirements.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and training materials. Train manufacturing personnel on new processes, equipment, and techniques to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects to drive process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and capacity expansion efforts. Develop project plans, coordinate resources, track progress, and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices. Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards and environmental risks associated with manufacturing processes.

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for completing assigned tasks and projects.
  • Do additional duties and tasks as directed by their superior.
  • Collaboratively with all departments to complete assigned goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
